Due to legislature, companies are not allowed to perform polygraph examinations (lie detector tests) except for a few exceptions. Personality surveys were formed to legally replace polygraph examinations. Not only are they cost effective at $27 a survey, but they are also a great interview tool and an accurate profile of an applicant. The survey incorporates 102 statements that the applicant has to agree or disagree with based on a scale of 1 to 10. Having the scale of 1 to 10 has the applicant think about his/her answer and is also used to determine if the applicant is trying to be deceptive in their answers. The survey is used to determine an applicant's attitudes towards safety, theft, drugs, management, and attendance. We offer this survey in both English and Spanish. We provide our clients with the surveys to be filled out by the applicant. The client then faxs or sends us the completed survey and we grade it. After we grade the survey, we then provide the results in a report format back to the client. We are always available to answer any questions and concerns. See below for a sample report that was generated based on an applicant's answers.
